Credit Unions are an essential service and are open to serve during the shelter-in-place order for Minnesota. NSFCU wants to assure our members we are monitoring the situation carefully with the goal to continue to provide excellent member service while ensuring the health and safety of our employees, members and communities. Effective Monday, March 23rd, 2020, we will limit access to our lobbies. We will continue to provide full service at our Drive Up Windows where available and will provide lobby needs by appointment only. Please view the above letter from President Cassie Ernest for additional details. We encourage use of the variety of electronic services available as we practice "social distancing". Many of our electronic services allow our members to view account information, deposit checks, pay bills, and more from your home or mobile device, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Drive-Up Member Service Available - multiple lanes available at most offices eliminating the need for face-to-face contact.
  • Phone Service - Our NSFCU employees are available to provide member service during normal NSFCU hours of business.
  • NSFCU ATMs - For all your cash needs. Surcharge free for our members, other ATMs may charge you a fee
  • Night Depository Drop Box - Safe & secure night depository drop box available at most offices. Deposited funds processed next business day or sooner.
  • E-Branch - provides account access wherever you have online access.
  • Mobile App - All things NSFCU related including account access at your fingertips via smartphone.
  • E-Deposit - Deposit checks by simply taking a picture of the front and back of your check. Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are temporarily waiving the fee for all users of E-Deposit.
  • Debit/Credit Cards - Hunkering down at home might require purchasing items online for home delivery.
  • Online & Phone Loan Applications - Whichever way works best for you, log into E-Branch and apply online or give us a call. Either way is quick and easy and requires no office visit.
  • Remote Mortgage Closings - Contact your NSFCU mortgage lender if you are interested in this service for your mortgage loan.
