North Shore Federal Credit Union employs numerous persons in various positions throughout each branch location. Positions include Tellers, Financial Service Officers, Accountants, Back Office Support, Community Relations, Marketing and Technology. For many of our positions, post-secondary education is not required but would be favorable. Recommended areas of study include business, finance, accounting, technology and marketing. Related work experience is also important in the hiring process.

North Shore Federal takes pride in being a competitive leader in wages and benefits within the area. Wages are determined by position with experience and education taken into consideration.
