North Shore Federal Credit Union employs numerous persons in various positions throughout each branch location. Positions include Tellers, Financial Service Officers, Accountants, Back Office Support, Community Relations, Marketing and Technology. For many of our positions, post-secondary education is not required but would be favorable. Recommended areas of study include business, finance, accounting, technology and marketing. Related work experience is also important in the hiring process.

Marketing Position - Full Time - Silver Bay: NSFCU is seeking a creative, organized marketing person. In this position, you will design and execute an organizational marketing plan designed to increase membership and product awareness/usage.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with management and outside marketing partners to determine annual marketing priorities and objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans working within various multimedia formats.
  • Design and/or review all marketing material to ensure aesthetics and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate organizational and marketing events.
  • Keep business and promotional materials available by monitoring inventories, coordinating orders, verifying receipt, etc.
  • Track and monitor expenditures to work within an established budget.

Requirements and Qualifications Include:

  • Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience in a marketing position.
  • Experience in graphic design, including applicable software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in website design and maintenance using Adobe Dreamweaver.
  • Experience in using a variety of social media applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to balance several projects at once.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
  • References and/or examples of previous marketing experiences.
